Communications Strategy

The strategy pyramids below are based on the “big picture” guidelines articulated in the Encina Wastewater Authority business plan and fiscal year tactical plan. Each of these strategy pyramids have been designed to meet the following goals:

1. Increase communications and collaboration with customers and community members

2. Set effective mechanisms for local agencies to partner with the private sector to tackle environmental problems

3. Provide a full assessment of current agency product offerings and revenue channels

4. Identify unique campaigns to engage the community and private sector in expanding these revenue channels

5. Detail the themes and infrastructure required to set up and execute the marketing communication plan
